When you use the IQou Operations Score, we collect: your company name, industry, revenue range, employee count, your name, email address, and your assessment answers. When you submit a Process X-Ray request, we collect: your name, email, company name, and a description of your operational challenge.
We use your data to generate your personalized Operations Score report, to follow up on Process X-Ray requests, and to improve our assessment benchmarks. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest (AES-256) and encryption in transit (TLS 1.3). Our application is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS enforced on all connections.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your assessment data is used solely to generate your report and improve our benchmarks. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for industry research.
Score submissions are retained for 12 months. Client portal data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at iqou.xyz@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
